Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 February 2026
At Zorvaqen S.R.L. we understand that caring for your data is as important as the clarity of the information we offer. This document describes what personal data we may process, for what purpose, and what rights you can exercise under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326 and the current guidelines of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Zorvaqen S.R.L., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71892043-4, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1174, Floor 6, Office B, C1043AAY, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Database registration No. B-2.086.531 with the AAIP. For privacy matters, write to privacidad@zorvaqen.com.
2. Data we process
We collect data you voluntarily submit through the contact form (name, email address and message) and limited technical data generated by using the site (anonymous identifiers, device type, date and time of visit, pages consulted).
3. Purposes
We use data only to answer your request, guide you through the available material, comply with legal obligations, and improve the quality of the service in aggregate. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects nor profiling for sales purposes.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your free, express and informed consent when submitting the form, and on the legitimate interest in operating the site securely. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
5. Retention
We retain your data for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires a different term. After that period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with technology providers acting as processors (cloud hosting, email, aggregated analytics tools) under confidentiality agreements. International transfers, where they occur, are made to countries with adequate protection or under contractual clauses that safeguard your information.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, role-based access control, periodic vendor reviews and internal training. No system is completely infallible, but we maintain a continuous improvement approach.
8. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition by writing to privacidad@zorvaqen.com with a copy of a document proving your identity. You can also file a claim with the AAIP (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
9. Minors
The service is intended exclusively for people over 18 years old. We do not knowingly request or collect data from minors.
10. Policy changes
We may update this document to reflect regulatory or operational changes. We will publish the last revision date at the top of the text and, if the change is material, communicate it through available channels.
